Technical Projects that establishes Thermic Installations based on the current legislation defined by RITE, both if it requires Technical Report or Air conditioning Projects.

Air Conditioning Projects: when the rated thermal input exceed 70Kw, it is compulsory a project legalization. This project will be endorsed by the Official College of Engineers, fulfilling requirements of the Local Ministry of Industry to obtain the installation’s legalization and register.

Technical Report: when the rated thermal input is equal or higher than 5Kw and lower or equal 70KW (both in cold and hot installations), the Air conditioning Project will be substituted by a Technical Report.
